Here's the "Skinny"!

I need to get back into shape! The baby will be a year old in a few weeks, and even though I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I am NOT back to my pre-prego body.  This blog is, hopefully, going to help me be accountable. If nothing else, this picture should be a motivator!
 
MY GOALS:

1. Lose the muffin top! ( a six pack would be nice)
2. Tone up and get my fat % back to where it was pre-pregnancy!
3. Find some energy!
4. Live a healthier life-style!

I wouldn't mind doing a mini marathon, but we'll take it one step at a time. Wish me luck! Hopefully, in 6 weeks or so, I'll be rockin' a swimsuit in my next pic!

  1. I have to say I would kill for your current body. You look good to me, but I know we all see ourselves differently then others see us. BUT I hear ya, we can all strive to live a more healthy lifestyle, so good luck! It may take you 6 weeks to get into a bathing suit- I am looking at 6 months! Here's to six packs and healthy food!

  2. Good for you! I'm a firm (ha ha, get it?) believer in Pilates - specifically Winsor - for toning up. It's amazing how quickly I see results when I stick with it! And I must say you're a brave woman for going "public" with this. Even at my best, I wouldn't have the guts to put up a picture :)

  3. Personally I wish I could find a swimsuit like the workout suit you have on (right side of blog) Ha ha, one that covers EVERYTHING!! I need to tone and lose! Good luck! You already look great! Like Heather said, "I'd like to have what ya have NOW!"

  4. Good for you! What are you doing for your workouts? After 15 years of trying to get into a regular exercise routine I finally did it - started last Mayish with a goal of 4-5 days a week and now I do 7 days a week. I have more energy and feel better. My exercise was always choppy before - off and on. I think Chris was my motivation because he started exercising everyday too. Good luck!
